Step 1: Upper Lid
With your left index finger, lift up lightly on your upper eyelashes, exposing the small strip of skin under your lashes. Paint eyeliner onto the skin in one even stroke, and be careful to not get the eyeliner brush in your eye. Blink Lightly a few times and wait for eyeliner to dry. Repeat as necessary. When you finish, paint your other eye.

Step 2: Lower Lid.
With your eyeliner paintbrush, dab a couple dots of eyeliner on right underneath your lower lash line. Smudge with a Q-tip to create an even,light line. Repeat if you prefer bolder makeup.

Now you have beautiful eyes, thanks to your new liquid eyeliner skills. Add mascara and eyeshadow if you wish, and you're ready to go!
