My family is my priority - how can I fit exercise in around them?

 

Your kids need to be active just as much as you. By exercising together you can spend time with each other as well as get the whole family fitter.

Try to:Organise activities for all the family - from hikes and picnics to trips to the ice skating rink.

 

  • Turn play for younger kids into exercise for you, from piggy back rides to hide and seek. Do more than sit on the touchline at matches - get out and practise with your kids and help to improve their game whilst also improving yours
