I'm not as young as I used to be - is it OK for me to start exercising now?
 

Whatever your age, little and often of what you like is the key to getting exercise right. You can use our moderate activity timetable as a guide for gradually increasing your exercise levels. You should also aim to include activities that help with your strength and balance. Tai Chi is an excellent activity that has been proven to help slow down the aging process.
