I'm too busy to exercise so how can I fit it into my daily routine? Make exercise integral to your life, rather than something extra that you have to fit in. Why not try to:
- Walk, cycle or run to work
- Turn your morning housework into a one hour, power-charged exercise session
- Keep on top of your home maintenance by doing at least one hour of DIY each week
I already exercise but get bored easily so what can I do to keep my interest levels up? Find an activity that has more meaning than just exercise.
Here are some ideas: - Exercise to raise money for a charity, e.g. fun runs, sponsored walks or arrogations.Take up a martial art or self defence course and gain confidence and safety as well as health and fitness.
- Learn an art that keeps you active - from yoga to carpentry.Give yourself goals to achieve each week, e.g. "This week I'm going to increase my level on the cycle machine" or "This week I'm going to do an extra 5 sit ups"
