I think I speak for many when I say that I find most forms of exercise really boring. I go along to the gym, jump on the treadmill and within five minutes I’m so bored I’ve counted the number of cracks in the walls. Let’s face it, if you’re at the gym whether you on the treadmill, cross trainer or rowing machine it’s boring. Fact. |

There is a constant dispute between supporters of the use of free weights and those that prefer exercise machines. The question concerns the optimal way to train. Many people claim that the body will benefit more from free weights. This is true to some extent, but some people feel that weight machines better. Instead of the normal abdominal training routines that we see so often using situps, leg lifts, crunches, etc... I try to give my readers better options for fat-blasting high intensity workouts that train their entire body while also training their abdominals hard.
