This is a sample workout from the game. The game has literally hundreds of exercises you can do. You get a physical challenge every 10 workouts to see how you're doing, and Maya will raise the difficulty, or suggest changing your long term goals, depending on how well you do. In this example, I've told Maya I have a stability ball, hand weights, heartrate monitor, and aerobic step, so she uses those in the workout. If you don't have equipment the game still has tons of exercises you can do, just tell Maya you don't have anything and she won't use any equipment. You will always get a different workout routine every time you play. She builds a workout depending on what your long term goal is, and what you have chosen as a daily focus for the day. The workouts are also tailored to fit your personal fitness level. |
